Virtual delegates
- On-demand online content - please note that the Refresher course online content will be pre-recorded sessions and made available within 72 hours of the session taking place live.
- Virtual delegates will have access to the scientific AAA Congress sessions (16 - 19 September) held in the plenary room and 3 breakaways rooms, session streaming will be made available within 1 hour of the session taking place live
- SASA Refresher Course content (14 - 15 September) will be made available within 72 hours of the session taking place live Virtual delegates will have access to on-demand session recordings for 3 months after the congress - the virtual portal will close on the 20th of December 2024

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment must be received by the 30th of April 2024 in order to qualify for the early bird rate. Registration rates will automatically change to the standard registration rate if payment is not received in full by the due date
- All payments must be made prior to the event, full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the Congress
- Proof of payment is to be emailed to: accounts@velocityvision.co.za
- Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for; AAAC24 and your firstname and your surname (eg: AAAC24 JOHN SMITH)
- Online Registration will close on Monday, 09 September 2024
- Once an online registration has been completed and submitted the ‘Cancellations’ terms, as listed below will apply
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be received in writing by the Congress Organisers and emailed to sasa@velocityvision.co.za
- Cancellations received on or before 12 August 2024 will be accepted and are subject to bank charges and handling fees
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 12 August 2024
- Refunds will only be issued after the congress
- The Organising Committee reserves the right to decline a request for a refund

Whilst the utmost care is taken by the congress organisers, Congress Organising Committee and the venue, please be advised that these parties will not be held liable for any loss, damages or injuries sustained by any delegate whilst participating in the above event. All delegates are responsible for their own insurance.
