Terms and Conditions

  • Payment should be made by the 10th of March 2025 in order to qualify for the early bird rate.
  • All payments must be made prior to the event. 
  • Registration fees do not include accommodation or the Networking Dinner on Saturday 17 May 2025. The networking dinner will be included as additional costs and delegates may book accommodation directly with the hotel.
  • Proof of payment is to be emailed to: accounts@velocityvision.co.za 
  • Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for; PSAC25 + firstname + surname (eg PSAC25JOHN SMITH)
  • Once an online registration has been completed and submitted the ‘Cancellations’ terms, as listed below, apply.
  • Online Registration will close 11am on Thursday, 8th of May 2025.

 

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing by the Congress Organisers and emailed to painsacongress@velocityvision.co.za. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 01 May 2025. Refunds will only be issued after the congress and are subject to bank charges and handling fees. No-shows at the congress will still be liable to pay the registration fee if not done so already. The Organising Committee reserves the right to decline a request for a refund.

Indemnity

Whilst the utmost care is taken by the congress organisers, Congress Organising Committee and the venue, please be advised that these parties will not be held liable for any loss, damages or injuries sustained by any delegate whilst participating in the above event. All delegates are responsible for their own insurance.

The cardholder has not entered their details correctly. This could be due to a mistyped card number, incorrect expiration date or CVV number.

 
If this continues you should contact your bank. Please be sure to inform them that your card was declined while trying to authorise a payment on Paygate via 3D Secure, 
otherwise they may not be able to provide the best information to help with your purchase.
