Below you can view a list of available exhibition stands.

You can also view the floor plan by clicking on the 'View Live Floor Plan' button, which will display the floor plan of the exhibition along with details of stands that are currently available.

If you are interested in booking an exhibition stand, please click on the 'Create New Booking' button to create a new account. You will first be directed to a page to complete your booking details. After this step, you will be taken to the page to select your exhibition stand.

Once the above process is in place, you may view or modify your booking by signing in to your existing booking using your login details.

• Exhibitors may select from two stand options: stand space only or shell scheme stand package.
• Booking of an exhibition stand space is mandatory for all exhibiting companies and to participate in sponsorship opportunities.
• Exhibition opens on the evening of the 9^th September to the 13^th of September 2026.
• A purchase order number will not be accepted as proof of payment.
• Please consult the exhibition prospectus for more information about the exhibition and sponsorship opportunities.

SASA Alliance Membership

• To make a booking, your company must be a SASA Alliance Member.
• To become a SASA Alliance Member, please email: finance@sasaweb.com
• Existing Alliance Members are required to renew their membership by emailing the address provided above.
