TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment should be made by the 3rd of Sptember 2026 in order to qualify for the early bird rate.
- All payments must be made prior to the event.
- Registration fees do not include accommodation this is included as additional costs.
- Proof of payment is to be emailed to: accounts@velocityvision.co.za
- Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for; CCSSAGP26 + Initials + surname (eg CCSSAGP26J SMITH)
- Kindly note that we are unable to provide any registration material to non-attendees.
- Once an online registration has been completed and submitted the ‘Cancellations’ terms, as listed below, apply.
- Online Registration will close 11am on Monday, 2nd of November 2026.
INDEMNITY
- Whilst the utmost care is taken by the meeting organisers, Organising Committee of 2026 CCSSA Gauteng Clinical Update and the venue, please be advised that these parties will not be held liable for any loss, damages or injuries sustained by any delegate whilst participating in the above event. All delegates are responsible for their own insurance.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
- Notice of cancellation must be in writing and is subject to bank and administration charges. The reason for cancellation will be reviewed and a decision taken. All cancellations received after the 5th of October 2026 will result in forfeiting their registration fees.
