TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Payment must be received by the 13^th of June 2025 in order to qualify for the early bird rate. Registration rates will automatically change to the standard registration rate if payment is not received in full by the due date.
• All payments must be made prior to the event, full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the Congress.
• Proof of payment is to be emailed to: accounts@velocityvision.co.za   
• Once an online registration has been completed and submitted the ‘Cancellation’ terms, as listed below, apply
• Payment is due three days from date of registration.
• All payments must be made prior to the event.
• Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for;  CCSSA25 and your firstname and your surname (eg: CCSSA25 JOHN SMITH).
  
• Coffee breaks and meals are included in the registration fees.
• Registration fees do not include travel, transfers or accommodation (unless highlighted in the registration document).
  
• Once an online registration has been completed and submitted the ‘Cancellations’ terms, as listed below will apply
  

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

• All cancellations must be received in writing by the Congress Organisers and emailed to ccssacongress@velocityvision.co.za 
• Cancellations received on or before 1^st August 2025 will be accepted and are subject to bank charges and handling fees.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 1^st August 2025.
• Refunds will only be issued after the congress
• The Organising Committee reserves the right to decline a request for a refund
