TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All payments must be made prior to the event, full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry to the Congress.
• Proof of payment is to be emailed to: accounts@velocityvision.co.za   
• Once an online registration has been completed and submitted the ‘Cancellation’ terms, as listed below, apply
• Payment is due three days from date of registration.
• All payments must be made prior to the event.
• Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for;  CCSSA25 and your firstname and your surname (eg: CCSSA25 JOHN SMITH).
  
• Coffee breaks and meals are included in the registration fees.
• Registration fees do not include travel, transfers or accommodation (unless highlighted in the registration document).
  
• Once an online registration has been completed and submitted the ‘Cancellations’ terms, as listed below will apply.
  
• Please note that any group changes must be submitted to the event organisers no later than two weeks before the event.
  

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

• All cancellations must be received in writing by the Congress Organisers and emailed to ccssacongress@velocityvision.co.za 
• Cancellations received on or before 1^st August 2025 will be accepted and are subject to bank charges and handling fees.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 1^st August 2025.
• Refunds will only be issued after the congress
• The Organising Committee reserves the right to decline a request for a refund
